How do I change the system date/time?
Mitel (Inter-Tel)
-While on-hook, dial 9800 (System Date/Time)
-Use the dialpad buttons to enter the month, day, and year. For example, press 010305 for January 3, 2005. Or, press # to skip ahead without changing the date.
-Use the dialpad buttons to enter the time in hours and minutes. For example, enter 0900 for 9:00. Or press # twice to exit without changing the time
-If the system is set for 12-hour display format, press 1 for AM or press 2 for PM.
Note: This must be performed from a station that has Admin Feature rights assigned to it. A common station usually assigned Admin Feature rights is the Receptionist station.

Step 1: Enter Database Administration by pressing Feature # *.
Step 2: Enter Password – # # # # # # # # (8 #’s) Then press show.
Step 3: Press 08 14.
Step 4: Press save.
Step 5: Press show.
Step 6: Press chg to change year or keep pressing next until it advances to items that requires changing.
Step 7: Press chg and change data as required (09 for 9 o’clock) and next to advance to next item.
Step 8: Hang up.

How do I change the name in the display?

– Enter ext # to be changed then press Accept

– Press Clear
– Input new ext name for station using dial pad. (ie: dial pad #2 for A B or C)

How do I setup a conference call?
Mitel (Inter-Tel)
While on the first call, press CNF to put the call on hold.
Place another intercom or outside call
Press CNF to place the call on hold. (If necessary, repeat this step to place one more call on hold)
Press CNF to join all of the call together in the conference.
During the conference call, you can do the following:
To place the conference on hold: Press red HOLD button. This places the conference on hold without disconnecting the parties. To return to the conference, press CNF.
To drop out of the conference: Press CNF and hang up. This removes your phone from the conference, but leaves the other parties connected.
To end the conference and place all parties on individual hold: Press CNF and then press red HOLD button to place all of the parties on individual hold. You can then speak to one party at a time by pressing red HOLD button or a flashing button.
To transfer the conference to another extension or to voicemail: Press TRANSFER and dial the desired extension number. Then hang up when you are ready to complete the transfer.
